Wicked Ink Penrith shop minimum is $100.

Wicked Ink Campbelltown shop minimum is $120.

Wicked Ink services are charged by the hour of work – prices starting at $160 per hour.

To secure your tattoo appointment, a deposit is required. Deposits are applied to the final cost of your tattoo and reserve dedicated time in your artist’s schedule.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Deposit amounts are determined by the length and scale of your appointment:

• Small appointments (up to 2 hours): $50 deposit
• Medium appointments (2–4 hours): $100 deposit
• Large appointments (4–6 hours): $200 deposit
• Full-day appointments (6+ hours): $300 deposit

Deposit amounts may vary for custom projects or at the artist’s discretion.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times with at least 48 hours’ notice. On the third reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show.
• If a client chooses not to proceed with the tattoo, the deposit will not be refunded.

LATE ARRIVALS

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at the artist’s discretion.
• In these circumstances, the deposit may be forfeited.

ARTIST TIME & BOOKING COMMITMENT

Our artists are self-employed professionals who reserve dedicated time for each booking. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or behaviour that prevents a productive working relationship may result in future bookings being declined.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel future appointments where a pattern of repeated booking changes has significantly impacted the artist’s schedule.
